When MOVING, use this checklist to help make your move as smooth as possible. Print this page
MOVING CHECKLIST
Go through storage areas and toss out any unneeded items
Ask friends to return loaned items such as books, tools, etc.
Ask your doctor and dentist to recommend good professionals in your new town
Ask your doctors for copies of renewable prescriptions
Arrange to have your children's school and medical records transferred
Find a bank in your new town and open accounts; checking, savings and safety deposit box
Close out old bank accounts before you move
Get all items from laundry and/or dry cleaners
